The Classes

1.

Hatha Yoga


This style encompasses all styles of physical yoga. Asanas (physical postures) are combined with Pranayama (yogic breathing) to release physical and mental tension, encouraging mind and body integration.

Yoga and Meditation


Yoga- based stretch programme which will leave you feeling relaxed and renewed. It also incorporates meditation exercises that will bring the body, mind and soul into a state of balance and harmony.

Yoga Flow


This is a dynamic form of Yoga in which the postures are linked into flowing sequences. These improve flexibility, strength and stamina through this dynamic use of breathing and body heat.

Yogalates


Yogalates is a relatively new and highly effective form of exercise that blends the worlds of Yoga and Pilates, encompassing the flexibility and meditative elements of yoga with the core muscle strengthening and toning of Pilates.

Yoga Body Tone


Come and challenge your mind and body’s strength as you experience a totally different method of Ashtanga yoga. It is quite an advanced class although the sequences are easy to follow: it helps to tone your body whilst relaxing your mind.

Zumba


Are you ready to party yourself into shape? That’s exactly what the Zumba programme is all about. It’s an exhilarating, effective, easy to follow, Latin-inspired, calorie- burning dance fitness party that’s moving people toward joy and health.
